Which courier do you use to ship the goods?
Anotah uses various shipping partners to cater to its clientele delivery
- In Kuwait, our delivery partners are Mashkor/Fodo delivery services.
- For international shipments including KSA, our courier partners are FedEx and/or Aramex.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
We deliver within :
- 24 Hours within the State of Kuwait.
- UAE Market within 48 Hours.
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within a minimum of 7 business days.
- Other countries, between 10 – 15 days.
How can I return an item?
Tracking your order will be for the time being done through contacting our Customer Service department.
Whilst using online payment, will I be requested to pay any potential extra charges?
- For GCC countries Anotah takes charge of all customs and Local charges, therefore no extra charges.
- For international orders, there are some potential customs, local or clearance charges to pay depending on the local authorities related to the country the goods are shipped to.
