Shipping

We Deliver Worldwide and time period for delivery of the ordered differs for different countries. Delivery will be between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM.You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online because Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to the online retailer.All orders require a signature upon receipt and the courier will not deliver your package without a signature. Delays can also occur due to your unavailability to sign for your package. We cannot redirect any shipments once they leave our warehouses. So, please make sure that you, or someone authorized by you, are available at the address you specify in your order shipping details. All shipments are insured by Anotah Fashion until they reach your delivery address, and you -or your representative- sign for their receipt, which automatically transfers all responsibility for the package to you or your representative. Upon receipt of any package, you should check that it has not been tampered with or opened before signing. In the case that the box was opened or is in poor condition, you have the right to inspect the contents of the box, and reconcile any differences to the invoice included within the package. You should not sign for the package noting any discrepancies with our shipper and inform us of this by email at customercare@anotah.com

Refund

We initiate refund once we receive  returned items back to our warehouse, we inspect the item condition and initiate the refund process same day. For payment made through Visa/Master card/Knet , it takes 15-30 Days for the entire refund process.

Exchange

Exchange & Refund for the item’s purchased online will not be accepted in our store. All you have to do is prepare the package and the purchase receipt, Then, we will request the courier to collect the item/s at your door. You may return eligible item’s for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Our return policy does not apply to items bought on sale or promotion. Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are damaged due to wearing and/or uncareful trying are not considered faulty. Return and Exchange charges will be beared by customer. We will send you the additional bill to pay the return and exchange charges, once we receive the payment we will ship the new item’s.
